Todd Purse makes magic. "The Little Worm Book" is an amazing example of Todd's playful nature that brings us a bit of resilience when times get tough.
Todd has been an illustrator and cartoonist for over 10 years, working out of Wilmington Delaware. Mainly known for his work creating coffee art for Brandywine Coffee Roasters and daily drawings featuring otherworldly friends sharing generally positive messages. Todd loves telling stories and has been making comics /picture books for as long as he can remember. In general the message behind his work is the idea that we’d all be better if we took 5 minutes a day to make something just for yourself!
In Todd's own words: "The Little Worm Book was originally drawn in my journal during Teddy’s (my oldest kiddo) karate class. It was meant to be somewhat of a message to myself about staying positive through some hard times and a slightly silly reflection on the idea of things just working out. I was raised on TV sitcoms through the 90s in which everything would inevitably fix itself and reset for the next adventure to come the following week. I believed wholeheartedly that this was true then and honestly somewhat still do even after 40 years of seeing that that may not always be the case. This little worm is meant to remind us that it’s OK to have faith that things will work out the only way that they could."
